1. Refund Eligibility
Students who comply with the institute's academic, participation, interview, and documentation requirements may be eligible for a full refund of the course fee if they do not receive placement support within the applicable assurance period. Refund requests will be reviewed and, if approved, processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days.
2. Service Cancellation
Once admission is confirmed and payment is completed, the admission and course enrollment cannot be cancelled. Students should read and understand the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and this Refund & Cancellation Policy before applying or making payment.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Course services that have been fully delivered, along with any applicable administrative or payment-processing charges communicated before payment, are non-refundable.
4. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds are not available for voluntary withdrawal or non-completion of the course. Any approved refund will be processed only under the full-refund eligibility conditions stated in this policy.
5. Processing Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. Processing times may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
